Let me tell you about my invention: the Dream Pillow. For many years, I had serious problems sleeping. I often woke up during the night and I felt exhausted in the morning. I also had difficulties concentrating during the day because I was always tired. That is how I got the idea for this invention.

The Dream Pillow is a smart pillow made of soft memory foam, tiny sensors and a small speaker hidden inside the pillow. The sensors analyse the user movements and breathing during the night. If the pillow detects stress or nightmares, relaxing music and soft lights are automatically activated.

Thanks to this invention, people will be able to sleep more peacefully and wake up feeling more relaxed. It will also enable people to reduce stress and improve concentration at school or at work. In the future, the pillow could even connect to a mobile application to give advice about sleep habits. I really believe this invention could improve the lives of millions of people.
